Having achieved a lot in the field of agriculture Sasini Ltd has decided to take a step further by turning the tea and coffee into finished products. This we do under our Retail Division.

We have spent an initial investment of Ksh 100 million on value addition. This is especially important as it enables us improve our earnings on the primary raw materials. It is the way to go for all developing countries to create wealth within the country instead of exporting raw commodities.  

With our fine tea and coffee, excellent packaging and customer friendly prices, we have something to suit every consumer. We have developed a product range for teas and coffees. The product range for tea is Chai, Premium and Gold.

Our tea products are certified by the Kenya Bureau of Standards and have been awarded the Bureau’s Diamond Mark of Quality.

A Bright Future

Our strategic plans encompass production, processing, blending, packing and selling branded Sasini teas. Similarly, for coffee we aim at production, milling, grinding, roasting, packing and selling Sasini branded coffees. Before the end of 2007, we will mill our own coffees and extend milling facilities on a commercial basis.
